Stakeholders in any project form a triangle, often falling into one of three groups: the project owner, the design team, and various contractors.  Each party in the triangle has a vested interest in the outcome of the project.

It is common for capital project teams to lack harmony, which manifests itself through progress interruptions such as scope creep, additional time and missed deadlines, and cost increases. Naturally, parties then become unsatisfied and goals change, often diverging to plague the ultimate success of the project.

Reliatech’s mission is to drive harmony among all stakeholders in a capital project, serving as the hub of the triangle.  In this position, Reliatech is the catalyst for effective, proactive communication, laser-focused on driving continuous progress relative to scope, schedule, and budget.  Reliatech provides unwavering reliance to our customers, who engage us because of wanting rather than need.
